Balaji Unitech

Balaji Unitech is located at No. 9/ 1 Amman Nagar Machampalayam Sundarrapuram Post. We’ve been working out of this location for a good while. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We focus on construction and getting things built correctly. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at a site checking on how things are going. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and we usually go home with dust on our clothes. The office in Amman Nagar is where we do all the planning and figure out the budgets. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be done and how we’re going to do it. Machampalayam is a place where people value hard work, and we try to stick to that. Sometimes we have issues with supplies or the weather, but we just find a way to work around it. It’s about being practical and staying on top of the small details. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We’re just regular people who know how to put a building together. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just tackle them one by one until the work is finished. That’s pretty much all there is to it. We keep our tools ready and our plans simple.
