Royal Golden Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is up on the second floor of the Parsans Trade Plaza. We’re located on Dr. Nanjappa Road, which is usually quite crowded with traffic. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. Logistics is a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing, so the atmosphere here changes depending on the hour. We deal with trucks, routes, and timing all day long. It gets a bit stressful when a shipment is late, but we’re used to it by now. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day. The building itself is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep if the lift isn’t working. We don’t really have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it's just someone bringing in snacks from the stall downstairs. Most of our work happens over the phone or through emails, making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s honest work, even if it’s not the most exciting thing in the world. We just try to stay organized and keep track of everything that’s moving across the roads.
