Resource Management India

You can find us at Flat No. B3 in the Praveens Vinayaga Apartments in Chennai. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels a bit more like a home office than a big corporate building. We handle resource management work from here. It is usually just a few of us working on the laptops and making calls throughout the day. The building is in a decent area and it stays relatively quiet which helps us focus. We have been operating out of this flat for some time now. There are folders stacked up and the usual office supplies scattered around the rooms. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It is just a place where we get the work done. The morning routine involves getting the coffee going and then diving into the spreadsheets. We talk to people from all over about different resources and management tasks. Chennai weather can be tough but the office is comfortable enough. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings here, it is mostly digital communication and the occasional visitor. It feels like a small family-run type of thing even though we handle serious work. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the requests that come in. It is a practical way to run a business without all the extra noise of a city center office. It suits our style of working just fine.
