Rama Raju General Stores

Rama Raju General Stores is situated on Plot No-254 in the Gandhipuram area. We are right near the SBI, which is a very good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Most people in the neighborhood stop by after they finish their banking work at the branch. We have been in this exact spot for a long time. The shop is a general store, so we carry a bit of everything you might need. Whether it is snacks, some stationery for school kids, or basic groceries, we usually have a few different options on the shelf. It is a very simple setup. We have a small wooden counter and some aisles that are a bit narrow for tall people. If two people are in the same aisle, it is a bit of a tight squeeze. But nobody around here seems to mind that much. We get a lot of regular customers from the houses nearby. I have seen the neighborhood kids grow up and now they come in with their own children. Gandhipuram has grown a lot since we first opened our doors. We try to keep up with what the locals are asking for. Sometimes the back room is a mess of boxes, but I know exactly where everything is hidden. It is a one-man show most days, though my son helps out after his college classes. We don't have uniforms, just us in our regular clothes, working the till.
