Raja Ram Kirana Store

Raja Ram Kirana Store is right here at 92, Marapalam, not too far from the Manikoondu landmark. We have been around for quite some time now, just helping the neighbors get what they need for their kitchens. It is a small place, but we try to keep the shelves filled with the usual stuff like rice, lentils, and spices. Most days are busy with people dropping by on their way home. Some just come in for a quick packet of tea or some sugar when they run out. We know most of the faces that walk through the door because they live just a street or two away. The shop is tucked into the Marapalam area, and it stays pretty active from morning until late evening. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of our time, but that is just how it goes when you run a grocery spot. We do not have anything fancy here, just the basic things people use every single day. If you are walking near the Manikoondu clock tower, you will probably see us. It is just a regular shop where we do our work and talk to the regulars about the weather or whatever else is happening in town. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and the floor needs sweeping again, but we keep at it. It is just a simple life running a store in this part of the world. We make sure the bags are tied tight and the change is right. That is pretty much us.
