Raimya Food

Our little place is tucked away at 11A in the Raja Nagar Annex, right around the Umapathy area. It’s not a huge shop, just enough room for us to manage the food items we put together. We started this because we wanted something of our own nearby. My cousin helps out most days, and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice, though finding the address can be a bit tricky for people who aren't from around here. We deal with various ingredients and snacks, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the deliveries arrive all at once and we have to stack boxes in the hallway until we can sort them out. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. We try to keep things moving so nothing stays on the shelf too long. Most of our neighbors know us by now. They’ll pop their heads in to say hello while we’re packing things up. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a regular door in the annex. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean the equipment properly or count the inventory. We don’t use any big fancy systems for that, just a notebook and a pen. It’s a steady rhythm we have here, and it suits us just fine for now.
