RAFTER AND SPACING CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over by Reserve Police Lane, specifically near 641 Khanquah Sharif in the Buxi Bazaar area. It’s a busy part of town, and being at RAFTER AND SPACING CONSTRUCTION keeps us right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our mornings talking to the workers and making sure everyone has what they need for the day's tasks. It’s not a polished job; there’s always dust on our shoes and probably some on the desks too. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or a neighbor told them we were okay to work with. Buxi Bazaar is always loud, so we’re used to the noise of the street while we’re trying to look over blueprints. Sometimes the materials don't arrive on time, or the rain ruins a fresh pour of concrete, and we just have to deal with it and move on. That's just the way it goes when you’re building things for a living. We keep our operations pretty simple. There are no big meetings or long-term strategy sessions, just daily work and making sure the walls are solid. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we’ve been doing this long enough that it’s just our normal life. We’re just local people doing a job. Most of the guys we hire live nearby and we all just want to get through the week safely.
