R L Traders

You can find R L Traders at No:30 on Lingapa Chetti Street. We’ve been trading from this location for quite a bit now. It’s a typical trading spot, lots of boxes and ledgers lying around. The street itself is always full of activity, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If you ask for something, we might have to dig through a few stacks to find it, but we usually do. Trading is mostly about knowing people and keeping your word. We don't bother with expensive advertising or big logos. The sign outside is a bit old now but people know it’s us. Lingapa Chetti Street is where we spend most of our daylight hours. We talk to the other traders, complain about the price of things, and wait for the next delivery. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit in the dark and chat until it comes back on. We aren't looking to become a massive corporation. We just want to keep the business going and keep our customers coming back. It’s just honest trading in a busy part of town. We don't make it more complicated than that. We usually lock up around six and head home.
