Quarter And Pickle (Opc) Private Limited

We are over in Periyar Nagar, right at 10A. Most days here start pretty early because the sun gets hot fast in Coimbatore. We spend a lot of time with jars and salt. Quarter And Pickle is just a small setup, nothing fancy. You’ll find us mostly sorting through vegetables or checking on the batches we’ve got sitting out. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Some days the smell of vinegar is so strong it stays in your clothes all the way home. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors know us by the smell of the spices roasting. It’s not a quiet job, there is always the sound of glass clinking or someone moving crates around. We aren't a big factory with machines doing everything. Most of it is just us, getting our hands messy and making sure things are packed right before they head out. The floor is usually a bit damp from washing things down. It gets busy in the afternoons when the delivery guys show up. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the boxes pile up more than we’d like. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a place like this in a busy spot like Periyar Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one jar at a time, making sure the lids are tight. It is a simple life here.
