Prap Prajna Ventures Private Limited is located over at 62, Bharathi Park. We are on 8th Cross in Saibaba Colony. It’s a well-known part of the neighborhood. We’ve been operating from this office for some time now. We handle various property ventures around here. It’s not a huge operation with fancy meetings. Mostly, it is just us sitting around a table figuring out the next steps for a project. We deal with land, buildings, and all the tricky bits in between. Saibaba Colony is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We like being part of the local scene. Our team is small and we don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past Bharathi Park. We keep things pretty simple. If someone has a question about a property, we look into it and give them a direct answer. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which isn't the fun part, but it has to be done. We spend a lot of time at the municipal offices or out on site. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job on the buildings we work on. If you are in the area, you’ll likely see us coming and going from the 8th Cross office.
