Sri Mahalakshmi Construction

We are located in the Perumal Konar Complex at No. 2/22 in Sengappa. Sri Mahalakshmi Construction has been operating out of this small unit for a good while. It’s a practical spot for us because we can get to most of our construction sites pretty quickly from here. The complex usually has a lot going on, so it’s never quiet around the office. We spend a lot of our time dealing with cement, steel, and bricks. It’s honest work and it keeps our hands dirty most days. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or big presentations. Usually, we just meet people at the site or here in the office to go over what they need. Sengappa is a growing area and we have seen a lot of new houses and shops going up recently. We are glad to be a part of that. Sometimes it’s hard to find good labor or get the materials on time, but we’ve been doing this long enough to have our ways of getting things sorted. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in this town works better than anything else. If someone likes what we did for their neighbor, they usually just walk into the Perumal Konar Complex and ask for us. We keep things straightforward and just try to do a decent job on every project we take on. It is a lot of sweat and hard days, but we like it.
