People'S Public School

People'S Public School is tucked away at Sathyabama Illam, right on Perur Main Road in the Selvapuram area of Coimbatore. If you know the road, you know it can get quite busy with traffic. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while, and it has become a bit of a landmark for the families living nearby. The school isn’t some massive, cold institution. It’s more like a second home for us and the kids. We start pretty early in the morning, usually before the sun gets too hot. You can hear the sounds of the city coming through the windows while the children are in their classes. Most of the teachers live just a few streets away, so we often see each other at the local shops or on the way home. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on people talking to each other. Someone’s cousin tells another neighbor about us, and that’s how we grow. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the desks and chairs are in good shape. Coimbatore is a great place to be, and being in Selvapuram specifically feels very grounded. We just try to keep things organized and help the kids learn their lessons without too much fuss. It's a busy life, but we like the routine of it all on Perur Main Road.
