Penta Landmarks Xpress Private Limited is based out of D No 2/629 B in H R H K Nagar. We are located in Periandipalayam, which is right off the Mangalam Road. This part of town has been seeing a lot of new buildings and changes lately. Our office is just a regular room with some basic desks and a couple of computers where we keep track of our landmark projects. We used the word "Xpress" in the name, but really we just try to get things done without making a big fuss about it. Mangalam Road is always moving with traffic, and we are right there in the middle of it. We spend our days looking at land and trying to figure out where things can be built. It involves a lot of measuring and talking to the local people. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to talk for us. We just talk to people face to face when they come in. Sometimes we have to drive a long way to see a plot of land, and that is just how the day goes. The office in H R H K Nagar is where we do all the boring stuff like filing and sorting out the bills. We have lived around here for a long time, so we know the local landmarks. It is just a practical way to run a business.
