Pattu Convent School

Pattu Convent School is over in Nehru Nagar on Kalapatti Road. If you know Coimbatore, you know this part of town gets busy. Our building is right there and we have been operating for quite a while. Every morning starts with the same routine of opening the gates and waiting for the staff to trickle in. The classrooms are simple. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just desks, boards, and the usual stuff you find in a school. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there is an event or something going on. We see a lot of traffic on Kalapatti Road which makes the morning drop-off a bit of a challenge sometimes. The building itself has seen a lot of students come and go over the years. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day things like fixing a broken chair or making sure the water tanks are full. It is a local place and we know many of the families who live around Nehru Nagar. The kids come from all over this side of Coimbatore. We try to stay organized but with so many children around, things get a bit messy now and then. That is just life in a school. We stay open until the afternoon and then we lock up and do it all again the next day. It is a long day but we are used to it by now.
