Padma Ply School

Padma Ply School is found at 23 Kamaraj Nagar, just off the busy Trichy Road in the Ramanathapuram area of Coimbatore. Even though Trichy Road is always humming with traffic and buses, our little corner in Kamaraj Nagar stays a bit more tucked away. It’s a primary school, so it’s usually full of younger kids from the nearby houses. The building is a two-story structure that’s seen a lot of students come and go over the years. We have a small entrance where the parents drop off their children in the morning. It’s a very local operation. Most of the teachers live within a few kilometers and have been with us for years. We don't have a huge playground, but the kids find space to run around during their breaks. The classrooms are simple with wooden desks and big windows to let the breeze in. In Coimbatore, the weather can get quite warm, so we make sure the fans are always working. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors. It’s just a regular school where we teach the basics and look after the kids while their parents are at work. The atmosphere is relaxed and a bit noisy, just like any place filled with children should be. It’s a solid little school for the families around Trichy Road.
