Organic Agro Project

You can find us at number 98 in Gandhigramam, right along Trichy Road. It’s a decent spot, though the road can get quite loud with all the buses and trucks passing through during the day. We started the Organic Agro Project because we wanted to get back to a more natural way of handling agriculture. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We spend our time working on various agricultural ideas and testing out different ways to grow things without all the chemicals. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some days things go well, and other days we're just scratching our heads. We aren't scientists in white coats; we're just people who like being in the dirt and seeing things grow. We have some plants growing out back and a small office area where we keep our notes and seeds. Trichy Road is a busy place, but once you step inside our gate, it feels a bit calmer. We talk to people who come by asking for advice or wanting to see what we're doing. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a slow process, building up an organic project, but we aren't in a rush. We think taking the time to do things the right way is what matters most. We keep our records in old binders and try to stay organized. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset.
