We are found in Room No 312 of the Subbu Complex, which is building No 394 on Thadagam Road. This is right in the R S Puram area of Coimbatore, 641002. Being inside a commercial complex is a bit different from a traditional school with a big gate and a playground. We are up on the third floor, so there is a lot of climbing involved for the students and the teachers. The hallway is usually busy with people going to other offices in the building. Our classrooms are basically large rooms that have been divided up to make space for different grades. It can get a bit loud because of the traffic on Thadagam Road, but we are used to it by now. We have a small area for our administrative work where we keep all the records and files in metal cabinets. There isn't any space for a garden or a playground, so the students mostly stay inside during their breaks. Most of our students are older, being in high school, and they are quite serious about their studies. We have basic wooden benches and long tables where they sit for their lessons. The teachers here focus on finishing the syllabus and preparing for the state exams. It is a very functional environment without any extra frills. We have some water dispensers in the corridor and a small space where teachers can sit for a few minutes between classes. It is a simple, hardworking school located right in the middle of a busy commercial hub.
