We are based out of Coimbatore, right on Avinashi Road in Chinniampalayam. If you’ve driven that way, you know it’s a main road that stays pretty active. Nexity Properties is our little venture where we handle real estate matters. Coimbatore is growing fast, and there’s always someone looking for a bit of land or a new place to stay. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters, just our office at 1/4 Avinashi Road. We spend most of our time out on sites or talking to people about property details. It’s a practical business. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find property and handle the buying and selling part. The weather here is usually decent, which helps when we have to be outside looking at plots. We've seen the city expand quite a bit toward the airport and beyond. Being in Chinniampalayam puts us right in the middle of a lot of that growth. It’s not always easy, sometimes deals fall through or papers get stuck, but we keep at it. We’re just a local team that knows the Coimbatore market and likes working here. It’s honest work and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. There is always plenty to do and we like staying busy with the local community here in our part of Tamil Nadu.
