New Raja Departmental Stores

New Raja Departmental Stores is located at No 77 on Marudhamalai Main Road. We are right across from Vallalar Hospitals in the Pappanaickenpudur area of the city. It’s a good spot because people visiting the hospital often need things like water or snacks quickly. We keep a bit of everything here, from basic groceries to toiletries. Coimbatore is a big city, but this neighborhood feels like a small village sometimes. We know most of the people who walk through our doors by sight. The shop isn't modern or fancy, just a functional space with a lot of stock piled up. We have to use tall ladders to reach the top shelves because we try to fit so much in. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to stand when the new stock arrives in the morning. We work long hours, from early morning until late at night. There’s always someone needing milk or bread or soap at the last minute. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us running the show. The traffic on the main road can be very loud, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We keep a few chairs near the counter for the older folks to sit and rest while we get their items ready for them. It's just a straightforward business. We try to stay organized, but with so many items, it's a constant battle.
