New Nalgonda High School

Down at No.118 Annaiappa Gounder Street, you will find our building. New Nalgonda High School has been part of the Nallampalayam neighborhood in Coimbatore for quite some time. It is a regular street, nothing too flashy, just a place where families live and kids go to learn things. We open up the doors early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is always a bit of noise when the students arrive, chatting and laughing before they head into their rooms. The street can get a little crowded during drop-off times, but the neighbors are used to it by now. Inside, the hallways are narrow and the walls have a few scuffs here and there. We have different rooms for the different grades. The desks are older wood and metal ones that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our time going through the books and trying to keep the kids focused on their work. Our address in the 641006 area is easy to find if you know the landmarks nearby. We aren't a big institution with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a local school where the staff knows most of the parents by name. Sometimes we have to fix a leaky tap or paint a door, but that is just how it goes when you run a place like this. We stay busy from Monday to Friday, making sure things run as they should for everyone here.
