New Millennium Public School

New Millennium Public School is located at 159/2 on Thadagam Road. We are in the Venkatapuram part of Velandipalayam in Coimbatore. Thadagam Road is one of those roads that is always packed with traffic, so it’s a very busy environment. We have a building that fits right into the local streetscape. Inside, it’s just a normal school setup. We have different rooms for the different grades, and most of them have fairly old furniture. We don't really go for anything modern or high-tech; we just use what we have. Most of the staff here have been with us for a long time. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live in the houses behind the school. The day usually starts with a bit of a scramble as kids arrive on scooters or buses. We spend the hours teaching, grading papers, and occasionally dealing with a plumbing issue or a broken window. It’s just the reality of running a public school. We have a small staff room where we eat our lunch and talk about the day. It’s not a fancy place, but it serves its purpose for the families around here. We try to keep the courtyard clean, but with the wind and the traffic, it’s a struggle. We’re just a regular part of the Velandipalayam community, doing our thing every day.
