Our place is located at 5/4A Thotta Salai, which is in Ganapathy Nagar. It sits right in the middle of the Kasthuri Nagar and Rajan Nagar area. We started Navaneeth Resorts And Constructions some time ago. It is a bit of a mix for us because we deal with resort projects and also just regular building work. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or looking at different plots of land. Being based in the Rajan Nagar area means we are close to where people are starting to build more often. We are not a big, fancy company with a lot of money to spend on looks. It is mostly just us and our crew of local workers. We have to manage every little thing, from ordering the sand to making sure the foundation is poured correctly. It is a lot of manual work and checking things over and over again to be sure. Sometimes the weather is against us, but we just keep pushing through. We do not have any marketing people or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people plainly and honestly. The office on Thotta Salai is where we sit down to handle the bills and the planning. It is a very simple setup because we prefer to spend our money on tools and materials. We just want to do a decent job for people and keep our reputation.
