We have our office set up at A-34 in Parsn Palm Legend, which is right on Trichy Road in Ondipudur. It is a well-known area and pretty easy to find if you are coming through this part of town. We work as promoters and developers, which basically means we spend our time looking for good spots to build and then making sure the buildings actually get finished. It is a lot of coordination with different people, from architects to the guys doing the plumbing. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on schedules. We try to keep our projects straightforward. We aren't interested in anything too complicated that we can't manage properly. Trichy Road is always busy, and being right here keeps us in the middle of everything. Our office is a place where we can sit down with folks and just talk through what they need. We don't have any fancy brochures or slick presentations. We usually just show them some drawings and take them to see the actual sites. It’s a more honest way of doing things, we think. People seem to appreciate that we are just regular folks who know how to build a decent structure. We’ve been at it for a while and we just keep doing what works. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We are much more comfortable in the field.
