Nandhi Matriculation Higher Secondary School

We’ve been tucked away at No: G2 in the Kumaran Hill East Apartments for a good while now. Vadavalli is a busy part of Coimbatore, and being right here means we see a lot of the daily neighborhood bustle. The school isn't some giant corporate building. It's a practical space where we hold our classes every day. Most of us who work here have been around for years. We know the parents and the kids by their names. The classrooms are simple. They have the usual desks, chairs, and blackboards you'd expect. In the mornings, the gate gets crowded with parents dropping off their children. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes. We try to keep the noise down, but kids will be kids. The teachers just get on with their lessons. We don't have fancy air conditioning, so the fans are always humming in the background. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is bad, which makes us late, but we just make up for it. The school handles primary and higher secondary students. It’s a lot of different ages under one roof. We keep our registers and files in the small office near the entrance. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork. People in this part of town know us as a local fixture. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It's just a place where the local kids come to learn their subjects and get through their school days.
