N R I Public School Mitthauli Mathura

This school has a bit of a long name, N R I Public School Mitthauli Mathura, but we are actually down here in Coimbatore at 237 E 2, Anna Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling spot in Sundarapuram, so it’s not as chaotic as being right in the middle of the city center. We get kids from the 641024 area mostly. The building is a regular size and we use every bit of space we have for the classrooms. You’ll find teachers carrying stacks of papers around and kids trying to sneak a snack before the lunch break starts. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we work every day. The playground isn't massive, but the students don't seem to mind when they’re running around at recess. We deal with the usual school stuff like leaky taps, missing chalk, and students who forgot their homework. It’s just the way it goes. Sometimes the neighbors might complain if the morning assembly gets too loud over the speakers, but we try to keep things respectful. Living and working in Anna Nagar means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the school running and making sure the kids have a place to sit and learn their lessons. The Coimbatore heat can be a lot, but we manage with the fans we have and some cold water from the cooler in the hall.
