Mother Montessori Public School

You can find us in Coimbatore, specifically in the Koushik Lakshmi Nagar area. Our school is a Montessori, which means we do things a little differently than the standard schools you might see around. We have all the specific materials and tools that go along with that style of teaching. The building is located in a quiet spot, which helps the children focus on what they are doing. We have a mix of different age groups, and it is interesting to see how they interact with each other. It is not always perfect; sometimes a child has a bad day or things don't go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are not a big chain or a corporate entity. We are just a local school trying to provide a decent place for children to start their learning journey. The rooms are bright and filled with things for the kids to touch and explore. We spend a lot of time just observing and helping out when needed. Most of our families live right here in the nagar or just a few streets over. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though we are in a big city like Coimbatore. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day work with the students. It is a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the work we do here. It is just life at Mother Montessori.
