Metalcraft

Metalcraft is a small workshop located at 1/494 on the Lakshminagar Kotharinagar road, near Thoppampatti Pirivu. We’re a bit out of the main city center, which suits us just fine. It’s a quieter area, though the road gets busy with local traffic. We do a lot of basic metal fabrication work here. Whether it's gates, window grills, or small frames, we handle it all with our own hands. The shop is basically a shed with some welding machines, grinders, and a big workbench. We don't have a team of designers or a marketing department. Usually, it’s just a couple of us working through the day’s tasks. We listen to what the local folks need and try to build it for them. Sometimes the measurements are a bit tricky, or the customer changes their mind halfway through, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The walls are covered in marks and sketches where we’ve worked out designs on the fly. We don't use fancy software; a piece of chalk and the concrete floor often do the trick for planning out a piece. It’s a practical life. We start early to beat the afternoon heat and keep working until the job is done. People around Thoppampatti Pirivu know where to find us if they need something sturdy made of steel or iron. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
