Mangalam Caterers

We've been operating Mangalam Caterers out of the Rathinam Group Of Instutions on Pollachi Main Road in Eachanari for a while now. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start pretty early for us because there is always something to prep or a kitchen to get ready. Working near the institutions means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. The Eachanari area has changed over the years but we are still here doing our thing. It's not always easy keeping everything organized when you have big groups to feed. We spend a lot of time on the Pollachi Main Road getting supplies or just moving things around. Sometimes the kitchen gets loud and it feels a bit chaotic but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure things are clean. Being located right there at the institution keeps us on our toes. You get used to the rhythm of the place after a bit. Some days are longer than others, especially when there's an event on. We just take it one day at a time here in Eachanari. It's a straightforward life, mostly just cooking and cleaning and making sure the inventory is right. We don't have a big office or anything, just our space where the work happens. It’s nothing spectacular, just a kitchen and some storage, but it’s where we spend all our time.
