MAGRO PROJECTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at 58/2 in Thiru Vi Ka Nagar, right along the New Teachers Colony Road in Palakattu Thottam. The company is MAGRO PROJECTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Since it is an OPC, it is a fairly tight operation. I handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff myself, along with a few helpers when things get busy. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, which is a nice contrast to the busy construction sites I usually visit. I have lived and worked in this area for quite some time now. People around here know me. The office is basically just a room where I keep my ledgers and project plans. I don't really go for big advertisements. Most of my work comes from people just knowing what I do. It is a lot of juggling different tasks, from ordering cement to making sure the workers are on schedule. Sometimes I am up late finishing drawings or checking the budget. It is not a glamorous lifestyle, but it is honest work. I like being my own boss, even if it means all the responsibility is on my shoulders. If a project has a hiccup, it is up to me to fix it. I try to keep things simple and clear with everyone I work with. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. Just good, solid work happens here.
