You can find us at 116, Manchester Perks, in the 2nd apartment building in Uppilipalayam, Coimbatore. It is a bit of a different setup being in an apartment-style office, but it works well for us. Coimbatore has some good weather compared to the coast, though it still gets hot enough. LOTUSNOVA INFRA is where we handle a lot of the planning and back-end work for infrastructure. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of stationary. There is always a half-empty box of pens or some old files sitting around. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to know where you are going. Most of our work is about organizing materials and making sure the timelines are met. We spend a lot of time on the computer and even more time on the phone. It is not a very flashy job. We mostly deal with local vendors and site managers. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the nearby spots in Uppilipalayam. We have a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing papers. It’s a busy environment but not overly stressful most days. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything organized. It’s just us doing our thing in this part of Coimbatore, trying to keep the projects moving forward without making too much of a fuss.
