LICON BUILDING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up Licon Building Solutions Private Limited at SF.NO.150/2A 1 in Gundalpatty Medu. It's a bit of an out-of-the-way spot, but it gives us the room we need for the materials and the equipment we use every day. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with glossy brochures or fancy meetings. Most of our meetings happen standing up on a dirt lot somewhere while we look at a wall that needs fixing or a floor that needs pouring. Building things is tough work, especially when the weather isn't cooperating, but we’ve been at it long enough to not let it bother us much. We have a small team of workers from the area who know their way around a site. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take three weeks, we say three weeks, even if someone wants it in two. There’s no point in making promises we can’t keep just to look good. People around Gundalpatty Medu seem to appreciate that. We mostly focus on building solutions, which is just a fancy way of saying we figure out how to put things together so they don't fall down. Our office is functional, mostly just a place to store the ledger and keep the rain off our heads while we do the paperwork. It’s a decent way to make a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here. Some days are long, but that's construction for you.
