Leema Housing Developers Private Limited is based out of Coimbatore, right on Mettupalayam Road. Our office is at number 54, near the Gn.Mills Post. If you are driving down that way, you might miss the building if you aren't looking closely, as it is a pretty standard spot in a busy part of town. We spend most of our days dealing with housing projects. This involves a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and walking around half-finished buildings in the heat. Coimbatore is growing so much, and there is always a new house going up somewhere near the bypass or the main roads. We have a small group of staff who handle the paperwork and the site visits. It is a lot of work keeping track of cement bags and labor schedules. The office at Gn.Mills isn't very fancy; it has a few desks and some old chairs where we sit to go over floor plans with people. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people just come to us because they want to build a house and they heard we are working in the area. We just focus on getting the foundations poured and the roofs on before the monsoon rains start causing trouble. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way without making things more complicated than they need to be.
