Latambarcem Brewers is out on Pollachi Road in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have. The facility is where we do all our brewing and bottling. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. We are constantly moving crates and checking the machines. Coimbatore has a good atmosphere for this kind of work. The weather can be a bit dry, but we manage. We aren’t a fancy outfit with a PR team. Usually, it’s just the same few faces you’ll see every day if you walk in. We started this because we wanted to make something tangible. Every day we come in, we see the raw ingredients turn into the finished product. It’s satisfying in a basic way. The building is large and gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don't have a lot of decorations or soft furniture. It’s a factory floor, basically. We spend our lunch breaks together talking about normal stuff, not business strategies. We just want to get the orders out on time. If something goes wrong with a batch, we start over. That’s just how it is. We appreciate the people in Malumichampatti who work with us. It’s a community effort more than a corporate one. We just keep doing our thing and seeing where the day takes us.
