We are located at 191, West Of Chord Road, in the 2nd Stage area. It’s an industrial kind of neighborhood, which suits what we do. We deal with pumps of all kinds. People come to us when they need something for water or industrial use. The shop floor is usually pretty greasy and loud, but that’s where the real work happens. We’ve got guys who have been fixing and assembling these things for decades. It’s not a corporate office with carpets; it’s a place where we get our hands dirty. We keep a lot of parts in stock because when a pump breaks, people need it fixed right away. You can’t wait around for weeks when your water isn’t moving. We try to be straightforward with folks about what can be fixed and what needs replacing. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s a bit slower, allowing us to catch up on inventory. West Of Chord Road is a busy street, so there's always traffic outside. We just stay focused on the machinery inside. It’s a technical job, but we explain it in plain English to our customers. No fancy talk, just honest mechanical work. That is basically how we run things here every day. We don't have a fancy reception desk, but there is usually someone around to help you out if you walk into the main bay and ask for a technician.
