If you ever get off at the Easwar Nagar bus stop in Podanur, you are pretty much right at our doorstep. We are located at No. 99/20 D on Chettipalayam Main Road. It is a good spot in Coimbatore, though the traffic can get a bit loud during the day. Kovai Builders and Property Developers Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of building work around here. Sometimes we're working on new houses, other times it's more about land and development stuff. It keeps us on our toes. The office isn't anything too special, just a place to keep the blueprints and meet with people who want to talk about property. We have been in Coimbatore for some time and we know the local area quite well. Dealing with land can be complicated with all the rules and measurements, but we manage.
