Kovai Alfa Assets Llp

We are over at Site No. 7 in Sanmuga Nagar, which is part of the R.N. Puram area in Coimbatore. It’s a decent spot, not too far from everything but out of the worst traffic. We deal with assets and land mostly at Kovai Alfa Assets Llp. The office is right there on the site, so it’s very practical. You can see what we are working on just by looking out the window. We don't have any fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s just a solid place where we keep our records and meet people. Most of us here are local to Kovai. We like the way things are done around here—straightforward and without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going between the office and different plots. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to see how the city grows. We’ve got a small fridge for water and a lot of dusty boots by the door. That’s pretty much us. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to make sure the assets we handle are looked after properly and that the paperwork is correct. Sometimes we have long days when things get complicated with the land records, but we just push through. It’s just a normal business run by normal people in R.N. Puram. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just working.
