Ketty Valley Estates Private Limited

Our office is over on Kalidas Road in the Ramnagar part of Coimbatore. It’s a nice enough area, though it can get pretty congested during the peak hours in the morning and evening. Ketty Valley Estates is run by a small group of us who have lived in Coimbatore for most of our lives. We are located at number 15. It’s a basic office, nothing too flashy or modern, just a place where we get our daily work done. We deal with estate matters and property around the region. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving out to different locations to check on things in person. We don't have a big reception area or a team of people wearing suits. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting at our desks with the windows open to let in some air when it’s not too dusty. The 641009 area is pretty central so it’s easy for people to drop in if they are already in the neighborhood. We prefer to keep things low-key and quiet. If someone wants to talk about land or houses, we just sit down and have a chat over some water or tea. No pressure or sales pitches are involved here. We just know the local market and share what we know. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Coimbatore has changed a lot, but we still do things the old-fashioned way, focusing on the details.
