Our office is located at No. 1/14 on Tvs Nagar Road in Kavundampalayam. We deal with tea under the name Crystal Tea India Pvt. Ltd. It is a simple operation where we handle the distribution and management of our tea products. Kavundampalayam is a busy part of the city and Tvs Nagar Road always has something going on. We are not a massive corporation with a giant headquarters. It is just a functional space where we get the work done. The smell of tea is often around the place which is nice. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. We spend our days checking orders and making sure the tea gets to where it needs to go. It is practical work and doesn't require much fuss. The building is just a standard setup for a small business. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the road. It is a steady business and we like being part of the community here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tea. It is a straightforward life on Tvs Nagar Road. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much but we just stay inside and keep at it. The tea business is something we have known for years and we don't plan on changing much about how we do things.
