Kaustav Edifice Private Limited is located at No. 15 in Sri Balamurugan Nagar, Phase 2. We are in the Vaiyampalayam area near Annur Agrahara Samakulam. It’s a bit out of the way, which suits us just fine. The office is a simple place with a few desks and some shelves for our project files. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone here knows how to do a little bit of everything. We spend a lot of our time traveling to various sites to check on the progress of our buildings. It’s a lot of work and it can be pretty tiring, especially when the weather is hot. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a polished sales pitch. We just focus on the work we have and try to do it as best as we can. Sometimes we have issues with deliveries or workers not showing up, which is just part of the construction business. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us buried under some plans or talking on the phone with a supplier. We’ve been operating in this area for a while and we’ve built up some good relationships with local people. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing business. We’re just local people getting things built.
