KANDHAGURU CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based at the D.R.S. Complex, specifically numbers 18/2 and 3. We are located on the Devamplayampethanayakanpalayam Road in Sarcarsamakulam. It’s a long name for a road, and it’s a busy one too. We’ve been in this complex for a while now. The office is where we keep our tools and our records. We don't really have a front desk person; whoever is around just answers the door. Most of our work is out in the field around the Sarcarsamakulam area. We do a lot of small-scale construction work. It’s mostly us and a few regular crews we hire for the heavy lifting. We know the local soil and the local weather, which helps when you’re building stuff. Some days are slow, and we just sit in the office going over the books or talking to the guys about the next job. Other days are chaotic, and we are running between three different sites trying to make sure the cement mixer showed up. We don't bother with fancy brochures. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone they know told them we do okay work. We try to be fair with our prices because we live here too. Being in the D.R.S. Complex makes us easy to find if anyone wants to talk about a project. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
