K V Matriculation Higher Secondary School

If you head down Sathy Main Road in Coimbatore, you will find us at No 546. This part of Kurumbapalayam has changed quite a bit over the years, with more shops and cars than there used to be. Our school has been sitting here through all those changes. It is a matriculation school, so we deal with students from primary up to the higher secondary levels. The building is solid and has plenty of rooms, though it’s not one of those new glass-and-steel structures you see in the city center. We keep the place tidy, and the teachers are usually busy planning their next hour of work. Parents often gather near the gate in the afternoons, waiting for the bell to ring. It gets pretty crowded on the main road during those times. We don't have a giant marketing team or anything like that. Most of the families who send their children here live within a few kilometers of the campus. We focus on the daily routine of lessons and homework. Sometimes we have to fix a leaky tap or repaint a wall, just the usual maintenance that comes with an older building. It’s a straightforward place where the goal is just to get through the syllabus without too much fuss. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We are just a local school trying to do a decent job for the kids in 641107.
