Jeysree Skills Development Academy

We are tucked away in the Mayan Real Estate building, just upstairs at number 48 Raja Street. If you know Ganapathy, you know how busy Sanganoor Road gets, especially being so close to the bus stand. It’s always noisy with the buses pulling in and out, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we get things done. You have to walk up the stairs and sometimes the light in the hallway flickers a bit. Coimbatore heat can be something else, so we keep the fans going all day. Most people find us because they’re already in the area for shopping or heading to the bus stand. We started Jeysree Skills Development Academy because there seemed to be a need for it here in this part of town. It's mostly just us working through the daily tasks, making sure people have a place to come and learn something useful. Sometimes the chai wala from downstairs brings up a few cups and we take a quick break. It’s a simple setup really. We spend a lot of time organizing the schedules and making sure the rooms are tidy for whoever is coming in next. There isn't a lot of extra space but we make it work. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood now, with the same faces passing by the window every morning.
