This office is located in the Rasi Building, over in Ponnaiyarajapuram at numbers 162 and 163. We’ve been here for a while now. The work we do involves the certification of organic products across the region. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking over documents all day. The office isn't much to look at, just desks, files, and a few chairs for visitors. We have people coming in from farms and small businesses wanting to get their stuff checked. It can get pretty busy in the afternoons when the post arrives. Ponnaiyarajapuram is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache around the building sometimes. We just focus on following the rules and making sure everything is filed correctly. There are a few of us working here, mostly just sitting at our desks and talking on the phone to different suppliers. The Rasi building is an older style, and the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We’ve thought about moving to a newer place, but this one is familiar and the rent is okay for what we need. It’s mostly just a lot of reading and checking dates on forms to make sure everything matches up with the standards. We don't have a flashy entrance or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We usually go for tea at the stall down the road.
