Jayesh Metal Co. is situated right on LBS Marg, specifically at number 40 in Ghatkopar West. If you know that road, you know it’s always moving. We are right there in the thick of it. We deal with all sorts of metal pieces and scraps. The yard is usually full of stacks of different materials. It’s not a pretty sight, but it’s a functional one. We’ve been part of the Ghatkopar business community for years. People come to us when they need specific metal items. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The office is just a desk with too many papers on it. Most of the action happens outside or in the shed. We spend the day weighing things and moving them around with the forklift. It gets noisy with the traffic on LBS Marg and the metal clanging together. You get used to it after a while. Jayesh Metal Co. is just a regular local business. We don't try to look like a big global firm. We are just a few people making sure the metal goes where it needs to go. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, but we just throw a tarp over the stacks and keep going. It’s a simple way to spend the day. There is no point in complicating things when you are just dealing with heavy iron and steel pieces all day long. The metal is heavy, but we have the equipment to handle it.
