We are JAYA BALAJI PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our office is situated at 9/27, Sree Balaji Residency, which is in Thiruvalluvar Colony. We are on the west side of MCET in Makkinampatty, Pollachi. This is part of the Coimbatore district, with the pin code 642003. It is a bit of a long address but we are easy to find once you get to the MCET area. We work out of a residency building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. There are a few of us here every day, managing the promoter business. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech stuff, just the basics to get our work done. We like the quiet atmosphere of Thiruvalluvar Colony. It is a good place to sit and think about our projects. We have been here for a while and we have gotten to know the people around Makkinampatty. We do not use any of those big marketing words. We are just a local company doing our bit. People know where to find us if they have questions. We keep our doors open and our desks are usually covered in blueprints and documents. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We do not pretend to be anything we are not. We are just Jaya Balaji Promoters, working from our spot in Pollachi. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We just keep our focus on the work right here.
