Harvest Pumps

Our shop is at 16-A Sarathi Nagar, just off Nandha Nagar Road in Singanallur. It’s a simple building with a lot of iron and heavy parts sitting around on the floor. We spend most of our time out in the workshop area rather than sitting at a desk in the front. There is usually grease on someone's hands and the sound of tools hitting metal. We don't do much in the way of decoration here. We have a few old chairs for people who come in to wait, but it’s not exactly a comfortable lounge. Mostly it's just us working on the machinery and making sure everything is put together the right way. The road outside can get a bit dusty in the summer months. We keep the big metal shutters open to let the air in while we work. It’s a local business and we know a lot of the folks who live and work around here in Singanallur. Sometimes things get backed up and we have to work late into the evening to catch up. We don't have a big team, just a couple of guys who really know what they're doing with the equipment. We keep our tools organized, or at least we try to most of the time. It's a lot of repetitive tasks but the work has to be done. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. That's the way it's always been for us at this location.
