Our shop is located at No 252, on 1st Street in Sivasakthi Colony, over in the Ganapathy area. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of neighborhood, so it feels quite local. We handle all sorts of kitchen equipment, from the big stainless steel sinks to the heavy-duty stoves used in restaurants. If you walk into our space, you'll see a lot of shiny metal everywhere. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives and we have to shuffle things around to make room. We spend a lot of time talking to cooks and business owners who just need something that works and won't break down after a month. We aren't big on decorations here. The walls are plain, and we have tools sitting out where we need them. Sometimes we’re out on a delivery or helping someone set up their kitchen, so the front might be quiet for an hour. Ganapathy is a good spot for us because people know the streets well. We’ve got a small team that knows the specs of these ovens and fridges inside out. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy items, which keeps us in shape. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us handling the day-to-day tasks. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory or helping a customer figure out what size table will fit in their narrow kitchen. It’s basic, hard work that keeps the local kitchens running.
