Our facility for Fortium Industries is located out in Vadaputhur, which falls under the Yelur post office in Kinathukadavu. It’s near Pollachi, quite a bit away from the main Coimbatore city noise. We occupy the space at S.F. No. 41/1, 2, and 3. Being out here in a more rural setting has its ups and downs. The air is better than the city, but the roads can be a bit of a challenge during the monsoon season. We do industrial work here, and the site is quite large to accommodate all the materials and machines we use. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We aren't some corporate giant with fancy boardrooms. Our office is just a small partitioned space near the main floor where we handle the billing and the payroll. It’s usually quite loud with the sound of the machinery, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve got a small area where we keep our tools and a place for the workers to have their lunch. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our time is spent on the floor, seeing that the production is going okay. We like the quiet life out here in Vadaputhur. It’s a simple, hardworking environment for everyone involved.
