Ew Habicon Private Limited is situated at R9 A105 in the Garden City Apartments. Our place is on the road that connects Nagarajapuram to Perur, specifically in the Vedapatti area. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the center of town, which we appreciate. The office is inside the apartment complex, so it feels more like a part of the community. We spend most of our time working on housing projects and managing the various details that go into construction. We don't have a big, shiny office with a receptionist. It is just us in a regular room with our computers and a lot of maps spread out on the table. The drive between Nagarajapuram and Perur can be quite nice, especially in the mornings. We have been operating out of Vedapatti for a while and have seen the neighborhood change as more people move in. At Ew Habicon Private Limited, we try to stay on top of the daily tasks, but there is always something new popping up that needs our attention. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the building sites. We like the practical side of the business and don't really care for the corporate polish you see elsewhere. If you are coming to visit, just look for the Garden City sign on the road. We are usually here during the day, making sure our projects are moving forward as they should.
