DUROCON BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Coimbatore at No. 25 in the Functional Electronic Estate. We are right on Avinashi Road in the Goldwins area. It is a very industrial part of town, which suits us fine because there is always a lot of building and technical work going on nearby. Our office is in a functional building where things are more about utility than looks. We deal with the tech side of construction and building materials. On any given day, you will find our desks covered in technical drawings and samples of different compounds or structural components. It is a busy environment with people coming in and out constantly. Being on Avinashi Road means we are well-connected to the rest of Coimbatore, but it also means we spend a lot of time stuck in traffic between the office and our various project sites. We are just a group of people who enjoy the more technical aspects of how buildings are put together. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we would rather invest in better equipment or tools. It is a straightforward operation where we talk plainly about what can and cannot be done. We have a small staff who have been with us for a while, and we just try to keep the projects moving forward without too much fuss or delay.
